Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Jones RecruitZo in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales teams across the assigned region.

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Director will serve as a key point of contact for sales-related activities, executing strategies that ensure the achievement of sales targets, enhance business growth, and maintain strong distributor and key account relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to the strategic, commercial, and brand agenda across the entire business through various sales channels.
  • Achieve business plan objectives by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage channel and distribution networks, ensuring dealer sales, trade sales, and distributor relationships are optimized.
  • Analyze business potential, conceptualize, and execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover, and achieve desired targets.
  • Develop and lead high-performing sales teams, focusing on revenue generation, receivable management, and cost optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective resource utilization.
  • Represent the company at various forums to promote products and brands, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
  • Develop and manage direct sales and distributor networks, preparing annual budgets and business plans for the market.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, contributing effectively to the overall business strategy of the company.
  • Identify and appoint suitable partners as distributors, setting budgets, pricing structures, and revenue targets.
  • Travel to other locations of the company or customer/distributor locations for shorter durations on business.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Graduation or MBA degree in Marketing and Sales. Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the HoReCa industry, is essential.

Salary:

Rupee 12,00,000 - Rupee 18,00,000 per annum
