Senior Regional Sales Director

Cleartrip is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Regional Sales Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in account management and team leadership. A strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue goals and drive sustainable performance in the region.
- Manage large-scale hotel accounts, form strategic partnerships with hotel partners, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, provide expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on industry best practices, and ensure inventory levels meet demand.
- Grow net revenue in the market by planning and executing market site visits, training partner hotels on our extranet and wholesale business, and reviewing monthly production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage Business Managers to ensure revenue and transaction growth, and establish and maintain supplier relationships to support business objectives.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in handling large teams, account management, contracting, B2B sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Market visits as required (need-based).
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
