Nibodhah seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our sales operations in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting revenue targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, and driving network growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, dealership management, and product knowledge. Additionally, the successful candidate will be skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and sales training. They will also be able to effectively manage manpower and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations.

We estimate that this role will offer an annual salary of $85,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account industry standards for regional sales directors in similar positions and locations.

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team leadership;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with store managers and area managers to drive network growth and improve sales performance;
  • Developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team;
  • Providing coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets;
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and promotions;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive business growth;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data and providing regular reports to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions;
  • Experience with sales training and development programs;
  • Familiarity with dealership management software and systems.
