About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Life Sciences business in the South region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover key customers in the South region, promoting premium analytical, proteomics, and flow cytometry brands.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve assigned sales targets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, up-to-date opportunity information on CRM database, and ensure effective AR management for smooth business operations.
  • Remain current with technology, new projects, market developments, and competitor offerings in the Life Sciences industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences and Analytical/Flow Cytometry-Proteomics market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry, with a focus on capital instruments sales.
  • Prior experience in Biopharma and Pharmaceutical markets is desirable, particularly for positions in the South and West regions.

Compensation Package:
