About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through direct and channel sales channels. Your strategic business plan will expand Dealer and Distributor networks, ensuring a strong presence in the market.

We are seeking a strong leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution, with proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices is essential.
