We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Channel Sales Director to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and revenue expansion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strong relationships with channel partners, leveraging their networks to increase our reach and penetration in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing channel sales teams, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be expected to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

As a Regional Channel Sales Director at Hero Vired, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and drive results will make you an asset to our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  2. Identifying, partnering, and managing relationships with key resellers, distributors, and educational consultancies to enhance our reach and reputation
  3. Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales team, encouraging open communication and creative problem-solving
  4. Analyzing market data, competitor landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing and scaling channel partnerships with significant revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of the needs of working professionals and the education/upskilling landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and data analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment

Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
