Come to the forefront of innovation and lead sales operations to achieve company goals as a Regional Sales Manager.
Develop channel partner sales in assigned sales territory, identifying and closing strategic System Integrators and End customer partners to integrate Micron products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to establish broad and deep relationships at targeted customers.
- Negotiate pricing specific to the customer and coordinate forecast; driving distributor to manage backlog, allocation; provide overall customer supply chain support.
- Attain quarterly sales objectives; sell the right products; improve Micron TAM share.
- Oversee customer relationships to establish broad and deep relationships at targeted customers.
- Manage accounts to achieve account goals.
- Lead assigned corporate distributors and developed distribution channels within a geographic territory.
- Drive and own account strategy within Micron and Develop new business opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites for business reviews as vital to conduct business.
- Master and maintain broad product line knowledge to service and influence company and customer direction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ~10 years sales experience in semiconductors, ideally in IT Hardware channel, PC hardware ecosystem and or Memory & Storage industry.
- Experience working with manufacturer representatives and distributors in the IT/PC hardware channel segment. Candidate should have prior sales experience of managing channel sales, local OEMs, SI & VARs in the PC hardware ecosystem.
- Experience of selling to strategic enterprise and corporate clients and working with Key SI and VARs covering storage solutions across India.
- Strong relationship building and clear communication skills.
