Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to lead our Key Account Management efforts in India. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within our key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional strategies and targets for growth with P&L responsibility to achieve defined key account sales, volume, and gross profit targets.
- Investigate new opportunities and potentials for global and regional key accounts in line with company directives and levers.
- Maintain knowledge of global and regional key accounts (strategy, general needs, market) in India.
- Coordinate developments of global and regional key accounts' site and regional buyers in India.
- Collaborate with divisions, business units, and regional key account managers to identify and implement customer-focused initiatives that expand product offerings, strengthen loyalty, and increase satisfaction.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS by working closely with key principle contacts at all levels of the customer organization in India.
- Ensure timely response to regional key account managers, global and regional key accounts' inquiries and initiatives originated.
- Expand Brenntag relationships with key global and regional suppliers to create new product offerings, improve competitive position, reduce total cost of ownership, and enhance overall profitability of the account.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
