Job Description:
As a Senior Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for launching new business units and branded formulations in defined therapeutic segments. Your key objectives will include ensuring scientific in-clinic communication, developing core customer lists for high productivity, and planning CME programs in association with marketing and medical teams.
You will also be responsible for distributor appointments as per company policy, monthly business closing, and suggesting ways to improve value and volume sales. Furthermore, you will mentor a team of Key Account Managers to ensure they are productive and progressive resources for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with 8-10 years of experience in handling a sizeable business. You should have experience in launching new brands, handling a team size of minimum 8-10 business associates, and managing a defined geographical market.
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or MBA would be an added advantage.
