Sales and Territory Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Territory Development Manager to join our team at Assurance Intl Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Automotive Battery Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts.
  • Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • C Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Address channel partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Qualification and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Any Graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing degree.
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in the Automotive Battery Industry.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the territory.
  • Excellent communication and team handling skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
