Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve overall sales objectives and meet primary sales targets in DRCP outlets across assigned WSS TTY
  • Meet specific product-wise sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis as per plan
  • Manage WSS functions such as policy enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggest corrective actions in case of exceptions
  • Support secondary ISR-covered outlets
  • Develop strong trade relationships with top outlets through engagement and tie-up programs
  • Engage with end-users through activities like naka meets, RKP, and formal meets as per plan
  • Enroll new users in RTG programs and encourage them to earn higher points every month

Requirements:

  • 2-9 years of experience in channel sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with industry products such as paint, cement, waterproofing, building materials, pipes, furniture, plywood, and FMCG

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is ₹8-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
