Regional Sales Performance Manager

Tata AIG is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Operations Leader to manage sales force within their defined regional territory. This role involves overseeing sales operations, meeting targets, and managing the sales team in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Driven Performance
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring continuous evaluation of reviews.
- Minimizing Loss & Cost of Acquisition, maintaining CoR Below 102%.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in activating agents to sell more than 5000 premiums.
- Collections should be done before due date, with TAT around 30 days.
- Cheque bounce cases should not exceed 2%.
- Internal Stakeholders
- CSM – Business Sourcing, ZSM – Approvals, HR Team – Recruitments & Incentives, Operations Team – Policy Binding, Cheque Receipts, IT Team – IT & Server related issues.
- External Stakeholders
- Agents – New Tie-Ups & Regular Visits.
5 years & Above Experience in any General Insurance company. Graduate from Any Discipline with Prior Experience.
Estimated Salary RangeRupees 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
