About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Bhagat HR Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee daily sales and business development activities within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • To develop and execute customer visit schedules, conduct meetings to promote and sell Ecomax products, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • To generate inquiries for Ecomax's product range and facilitate their progression to successful closure.
  • To maintain strong relationships with OEMs while providing techno-commercial support and preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial Proposals.
  • To register Ecomax as a vendor with key customers and submit weekly reports according to management guidelines.
  • To work within company policies to enhance regional business development and focus on key accounts as directed by the Business Head.
  • To follow up with customers regarding purchase orders, dispatches, payments, and other sales-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A BE / Diploma in Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer rapport and in-depth field knowledge.
  • Result-oriented with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
