Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Territory Sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, leveraging strong relationships with customers and partners to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, including Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, Kitchen Stewarding Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GM's and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry, using market trends and competitor analysis to inform business development opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products, ensuring timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly, sharing insights with the internal team.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and provide insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 6-8 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.
  • Strong connections and relationships with customers that can be leveraged for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.
