Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at The Protalent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The location for this role is Delhi NCR (North, South, East, West and Central), Haryana (Hisar, Rohtak, Panipat, Sonipat, Gurugram, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Karnal, Yamuna Nagar, Faridabad, and Palwal), Uttar Pradesh (Bareilly, Lucknow, Azamgarh, Mujaffarnagar, Bagh path, Saharanpur, Ghaziabad, Noida and Varanasi), Uttarakhand: (Rishikesh, Haldwani, Haridwar, Dehradun, Ranikhet, Nainital and Bheemtal) and Punjab: (Ludhiana, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Panchkula and Ziharkhpur).
The annual salary for this position is up to Rs. 5,00,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing plans to achieve revenue targets.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.
