Dynamic Business Growth Specialist

Development Alternatives is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of its udyaME platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
About the Role
- Align the product roadmap with the unique needs of rural micro-entrepreneurs.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote enterprise support services and expand the 'udyaME' platform's user network.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with stakeholders to elevate the 'udyaME' brand and foster collaborative growth.
- Drive business outcomes, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and delivery of platform-based products and services.
Key Qualifications
- Postgraduate diploma/degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Four to six years of relevant experience in MSME development, digital product sales, rural enterprise promotion, or microfinance.
- Proven experience in designing and executing sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and business growth.
- Track record in selling digital products or services aligned with social, environmental, and economic goals (triple bottom line impact).
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹30 lakhs - ₹45 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
