**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to drive business growth. This individual will focus on identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding of clients across our diverse service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B segment, particularly in the IT sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Engagement:

  • Present and promote Consultiquo's service offerings, including IT consulting, professional training, staff augmentation, and technology solutions such as ServiceNow, Ansible, ELK, Grafana, SolarWinds, Azure etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry needs to identify new business opportunities.

Proposal Management:

  • Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and manage client onboarding.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT consulting or related domains.
