We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Growth Specialist to drive new business opportunities, close deals, and exceed growth targets at Beamstacks Software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services or IT staffing sales, specifically focused on the US and EU markets.
About UsBeamstacks Software is an IT services company specializing in Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, AI and LLM solutions, ERP, CRM, CMS integrations, and custom software development. Our primary markets are the US and EU, and we aim to expand our reach with the help of a driven Business Development Specialist.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities through various lead generation channels (cold outreach, inbound marketing, networking, etc.)
- Deal Closure: Taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact to final contract, ensuring alignment with client needs and closing deals efficiently
- Growth Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual deal closure and revenue growth targets
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers to drive repeat and referral business
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends, competition, and client feedback to provide insights for strategic growth initiatives
- Multi-channel Strategy: Implementing and refining a multi-channel lead generation strategy using digital marketing, outbound campaigns, and networking to maximize business opportunities
- Growth Strategy Support: Collaborating with leadership to develop and execute competitive business growth strategies, including market expansion and service diversification
To succeed as an Enterprise Business Growth Specialist, you should have:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) in an IT services or IT staffing firm
- A proven track record in the US and/or EU markets
- Strong skills in lead generation, deal closure, and meeting or exceeding growth targets
- The ability to leverage an existing network to create new business opportunities
- Experience with multi-channel lead generation techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A strategic thinker with the ability to provide market insights and help with business growth strategies
