**Atica Global Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in Pune, Maharashtra, this role offers a unique chance to drive business growth and develop sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
  • Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
  • Drive ROI for hotel ownership and create additional value for each assigned hotel

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue and growth objectives
