About the Job:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing relationships with existing customers.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thermal power plant sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a highly competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
