- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the ophthalmic industry.">
- Maintain and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.">
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to demonstrate product functionality and value.">
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.">
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.">
- Provide market feedback to management for continuous improvement of sales strategies.">
- Address all customer-related issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.">
Requirements
">To be successful as a Business Development Manager, you should have:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.">
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.">
- Ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a competitive market.">
- Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment is a plus.">

Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this role is ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Towa Sales Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
