We are seeking a Business Growth Manager - udyaME Platform to spearhead efforts in strengthening the udyaME platform's impact and outreach.
About Development Alternatives
Development Alternatives (DA) is a 40-year-old social enterprise dedicated to building rural enterprises. To further support micro-entrepreneurs, DA established the Indian Micro Enterprises Development Foundation (IMEDF) as its social enterprise arm.
About the udyaME Platform
The udyaME platform (udyame.in) is a mobile app and website that unleashes micro-entrepreneurship by catering to all unmet demands of entrepreneurs under one umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Growth Manager - udyaME Platform will drive business outcomes, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and delivery of platform-based products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-centric approach, sales expertise, and hands-on experience in scaling digital solutions for social impact.
Responsibilities
- Product Alignment: Understand the unique needs of rural micro-entrepreneurs and align the product roadmap to address their challenges effectively;
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote enterprise support services and expand the 'udyaME' platform's user network;
- Partnership Development: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with stakeholders to elevate the 'udyaME' brand and foster collaborative growth;
- Performance Management: Drive business outcomes, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and delivery of platform-based products and services;
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Design and implement transformational strategies to enhance the platform's performance, profitability, and market reach.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate diploma/degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing. A minimum of four to six years of relevant experience in the development or private sector, preferably in areas such as MSME development, digital product sales, rural enterprise promotion, or microfinance, is required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary offered for this position is approximately ₹25 lakh per annum, based on qualifications, experience, and industry standards. In addition to the salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
