Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet set targets
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to design and implement marketing strategies focused on business growth
  • Maintain relationships with existing key customers to ensure alignment on performance expectations
  • Identify and participate in conferences and industry events to stay updated on market trends, identify new business opportunities, and promote the company's comprehensive solutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales within the ophthalmology field in the assigned area
  • In-depth understanding of business practices in the intraocular lens (IOL) sector
