About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with experience in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building. As a Senior Stem Cell Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting our stem cell banking services to healthcare providers and expectant parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Doctor Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Educate healthcare providers about the benefits, procedures, and ethical considerations of stem cell banking.
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance collaboration and referral opportunities.
    • Regularly meet with assigned doctors within the hospital to promote and generate referrals for stem cell banking services.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach:
    • Develop strategies to expand the hospital's client base and increase awareness of stem cell banking services among healthcare professionals and expectant parents.
  • Client Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver informative PowerPoint presentations to expectant parents, outlining the advantages of stem cell banking and our service offerings.
    • Address questions and concerns to ensure a thorough understanding and promote informed decision-making among prospective clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
    • Monitor progress against targets, adjust strategies as necessary, and report outcomes to the sales management team.
  • Sales Activity Management:
    • Utilize our Sales App efficiently to track and manage all sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates to the system to maintain a comprehensive record of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain all necessary reports for the hospital and the company, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and client feedback related to stem cell banking.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and expectant parents.
    • Strong presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based within the hospital environment.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and events, including occasional evening or weekend work.
