Senior Enterprise Sales Professional

NICE is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team as an IT Direct Sales Account Executive. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts in India, primarily in the Insurance, Banking, Telco, BPO, and Global In-house Captive sectors.
Job OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in software technology sales, particularly in the Contact Center and Customer Experience space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals worth at least $500K annually, with a strong understanding of NICE's solutions such as call recording, customer analytics, workforce optimization, and employee performance management.
We are looking for someone who can develop in-depth product knowledge, educate customers on NICE's advantages, and present compelling sales pitches to drive business success. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in key accounts
- Manage relationships with executive-level decision-makers at top-tier clients, building trust and credibility through consultative selling
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored sales plans to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in software technology sales, preferably in the Contact Center and Customer Experience space
- Proven track record of closing deals worth at least $500K annually
- Strong understanding of NICE's solutions and products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
