Enterprise Sales Professional

Hexnode, a global leader in the enterprise software division of Mitsogo Inc., is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to drive new business growth and revenue expansion. Located in over 100 countries, Hexnode UEM empowers organizations across diverse sectors to transform their work environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing against assigned quotas and territory plans
- Prospecting, forecasting, building, and maintaining a sales pipeline with high activity levels
- Formulating compelling annual plans to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts
- Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR
You will play a crucial role in supporting direct reports by participating and leading client and prospect meetings. Your strong verbal communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in IT Security sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business or Technology field
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
