Enterprise Software Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Professional to join our team at White Force Group. As an integral member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to expand our software business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop account plans for selected named accounts and work closely with management to refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails.
• Collaborate with senior-level decision makers to establish positive relationships and networks within the relevant industry.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise particularly in the relevant industry.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM and submit required sales forecasts.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the ERP software industry.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to develop account plans that drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Salary: £110,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards).
