Overview:

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mumbai and Pune. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion in this key market.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in Mumbai and Pune. Your primary focus will be on selling software, hardware, security, and IT-related products to these clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve growth targets in the Mumbai and Pune markets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Principal Account Managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Implement Sonata's account management process to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and revenue expansion in the Mumbai and Pune markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of software, hardware, security, and IT-related products, as well as cloud-based solutions like AWS, Google, and Azure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This role is based in Mumbai or Pune, and we require the successful candidate to work from our office full-time, without any work-from-home (WFH) or hybrid arrangements.
