Job Overview
BHIVE Workspace is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead workspace expansion initiatives and drive sales growth.

About the Role
This key position involves leading a team of Business Development Managers, overseeing client relationships, and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 Senior and Junior Business Development Managers.
2. Client and Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients and partners, representing BHIVE Workspace in workspace sales.
3. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for workspace sales.
4. Renewals and Expansion: Lead efforts to renew existing workspace contracts and expand client accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in IPC or channel partnerships and civil project management.
- Proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector.
