Enterprise Sales Director

Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading telecom service provider in India, partnering with the Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group. The company offers pan-India voice and data services across 2G, 3G, and 4G platforms.
The Enterprise, Cluster Strategic Accounts team within Vodafone Idea Limited is responsible for managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth through effective account management, sales planning, and process optimization.
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a critical role in achieving market leadership in Cluster Strategic Accounts by:
- Managing and driving revenues of selected accounts through a team of Account Managers.
- Achieving circle budgeted revenue targets for all VIBS products from allocated HQ accounts.
- Enhancing revenue through quality sales with high Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Ensuring margin management in tariff plans offered to customers.
- Growing existing revenue-generating farming accounts.
- Generating new revenue by adding new products and services in new and existing accounts.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Delivering New Business Order Booking & Revenue Targets for Mobility, IoT, FLX, Cloud products.
- Participating actively in national programs and initiatives, including PSU Programs and WAAC+.
- Maintaining forecast accuracy to within 5% of committed revenue forecast for each quarter.
- Driving CXO-level engagement in nominated accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on strategic account management.
- Strong negotiation and sales planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A deep understanding of the Indian telecom market and its trends.
