Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Factana is a leading Industry Solution Provider with offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Chicago, USA. We deliver digital transformation solutions for mid-enterprises across various sectors, including manufacturing, energy, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target enterprise customers in the US market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth across assigned territories or verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Present IT solutions tailored to meet client needs, emphasizing ROI and business value.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report progress to leadership.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in IT solutions targeting mid-enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud services, testing, data engineering, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Able to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
