We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise AI Sales Leader to join our innovative team at Smarten Spaces.

Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai and play a key role in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion. You will leverage your expertise in consultative sales to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions to enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and exceeding targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition & Account Growth:
- Achieve exceptional revenue growth by aggressively identifying, targeting, and securing high-value enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Client Liaison and Trusted Advisor:
- Establish trust as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless communication and understanding their challenges.
- Solution Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customized AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure flawless execution and delivery, driving client satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on client objectives and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Advocate for client interests, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience:
7-8 years of B2B enterprise sales, preferably in AI sales solutions within Corporate Real Estate or PropTech sectors. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in business; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory. - Key Skills:
Proven track record in consultative sales, consistently exceeding targets with a focus on new business acquisition. - Industry Expertise:
Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and selling enterprise solutions across industries like BFSI, Technology, or Consulting.
