**Job Overview**
At Crayon India, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence across the enterprise segment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of sales strategies, customer optimization initiatives, and account plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing supervision and motivation while adhering to global HR practices and policies.
- Take an active role in driving business performance, managing budget, forecast reporting, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive business growth by selling License Agreements and cloud services, including M365, Azure, AWS, and GCP, and Software Asset Management solutions.
- Foster trusted long-term business relationships with key influencers, decision makers, and stakeholders at CxO and executive level.
**Requirements:**
- 12+ years of experience in IT sales, with 8+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), MBA, or equivalent degree, and certifications in Cloud or Licensing.
- Demonstrated experience in selling licensing, cloud service, and security solutions.
- Relevant market exposure to software vendors, partners, service providers, system integrators, cloud resellers, independent software vendors, hardware vendors, and competitors.
Estimated Salary: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
