Enterprise Partnership Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Partnership Growth Manager to join our team at Worksoft. As a key member of our strategic partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our solutions through our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related work
- Elevate Worksoft's brand and serve as a trusted advisor in accelerating partner-led growth in the DevOps and Test Automation space
- Lead the development of a community of Worksoft practitioners within our partners
- Liaise between partners and Worksoft's product development and engineering teams to provide actionable feedback and insights
- Advocate for enhancements and features that drive partner success and customer satisfaction
- Represent Worksoft at partner events, webinars, and conferences as a technical thought leader
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, market development, or client-facing roles
- Proven experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting firms
- Candidates from the DevOps and Test Automation space who understand the partner landscape will be preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our message and convey to our audience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
