Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/AVP - Growth and Partnerships to join our team. This role is critical in driving Zavo's expansion by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing initiatives that enhance our market presence and user base.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with lenders, financial institutions, and fintech companies to expand Zavo's ecosystem.
- Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
