Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can identify, assess, and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals. Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain these partnerships.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends and identify areas for expansion. Work closely with management to develop and execute plans to achieve business targets.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry experts. Provide regular updates on market developments and company performance.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent Doo Prime at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and thought leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the brokerage or financial industry.
  • Sales Track Record: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
What We Offer:
