Job Title: Sales and Partnerships Growth Specialist
Overview:
FlexiFunnels is a fast-growing software company based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We have 10,000+ users and are expanding at a rate of 12% per month. We are looking for a Sales and Partnerships Growth Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
We are gearing up for our signature event Funnel Growth Summit. As a Sales and Partnerships Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing sponsors for the event. This includes developing tailored sponsorship packages, establishing strong relationships with potential sponsors, and maintaining clear communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-4 years of experience in securing sponsorship deals, ideally within events or a related field. You should have a strong existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, you should be able to independently manage multiple sponsorship sales processes simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our estimated salary for this position is ₹5,500,000 - ₹8,500,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
