Job Summary:

We seek a proactive Sales Growth Specialist to join our team, focusing on Vendor Onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting potential vendors through various channels, including email, phone, website, and other platforms. They will negotiate terms such as pricing, shipping, and other key factors to ensure successful onboarding, while collaborating closely with the e-commerce team to generate sales and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UPC Verification: Ensure accurate UPC codes and corresponding ASINs to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to obtain accurate product information and resolve discrepancies related to product listings.
  • Catalog Optimization: Conduct regular audits to ensure product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the product database, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
  • Marketplace Coordination: Collaborate with marketplace teams to implement best practices for catalog management and optimize product visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics related to catalog performance and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align catalog initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on catalog health, issues, and resolutions to management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,000 per month, based on industry standards and location considerations.
