Job Overview

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential candidates interested in our programs, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephonic Outreach: Initiate conversations with candidates interested in Outscals programs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions.
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Manage pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A proactive and street-smart attitude with a balance of hard work and smart strategies.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with technical terminology relevant to the gaming industry.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to explain complex products in a simple and effective manner.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹4.5 lakhs per annum, along with uncapped incentives.
