About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and accelerate sales for GoodSpace. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions to potential clients, leveraging your expertise in sales processes and strategies to build strong relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our innovative solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and competitive edge.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, informing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
