About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and accelerate sales for GoodSpace. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions to potential clients, leveraging your expertise in sales processes and strategies to build strong relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new clients through strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  3. Present and demonstrate our innovative solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and competitive edge.
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, informing sales strategies and initiatives.
  8. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights for business growth.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
