Job Overview:


Indusface is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and revenue expansion across various business accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand Indusface's market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business partners, including C-level executives
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Indusface's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:



  • 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of application security and cloud-based solutions, with experience working with MSSPs, SIs, and Private/Public Cloud providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Graduate degree in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field
