Job Overview:

To drive the growth of Distribution Sales and Direct Sales of standard product division business in the assigned territory, focusing on implementing effective strategies and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to drive sales and growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Relevant experience in the industrial products or capital equipment industry, preferably in rotary equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel for around 50% of the time.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 2-6 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
