Business Development Manager

At UMM Digital, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and partnerships in the North India market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with school management, teachers, parents, distributors, and agents.
• Promote and sell our innovative educational products, including apps, worksheets, flashcards, and Vedic Math products.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners and clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Head and marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.
• Provide feedback and market insights to support product development and improvement.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong presentation skills and experience with lead generation and market research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel through North India and work in a fast-paced environment.
