Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing a strong market presence. You will earn 20% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for each sale you close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and nurture warm leads into paying customers by presenting GrowStack's AI-powered solutions as transformative for their business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with GrowStack's vision, including positioning AI-driven workflows, automation, and CRM capabilities to meet clients' needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of leads, utilizing relationship-building techniques and effective follow-up to drive deals to closure.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, establishing GrowStack as a trusted AI partner for their automation and productivity needs.
- Product Demos & Education: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight how GrowStack's solutions can optimize business operations and meet clients' unique needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the AI, automation, or CRM sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong network and ability to generate leads independently, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, familiarity with AI, automation, and CRM solutions, and be self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
