The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Professional at NICE, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across key accounts in the Enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Built strong relationships with Executive Leadership teams at key accounts to deliver value-based selling solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Continuously develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of NICE's solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, independence, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in software technology companies selling to Enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals exceeding $500K annually, with 2-3 key accounts.
  • Proven understanding of the Contact Center and Customer Experience space, with prior employment history in this space.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and present complex solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
