About the Role

This Enterprise Sales Professional position at Medtronic is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales within a defined regional territory, ensuring timely and efficient execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales revenue targets by generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of Suture products
  • Represent Medtronic in accordance with its policies, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement region-specific plans, strategies, and tactics to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer/account data, ensuring effective territorial coverage and distribution management
  • Promote and establish education of Medtronic's products and services, collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize benefits
  • Conduct market research, including customer and competitor analysis, to inform business development and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum 1-3 years sales experience in Concept Selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Distribution Management, with a focus on channel compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
