**Job Title:** Senior Enterprise Sales Professional

**Lending Location:** Remote/Hybrid

**Salary-** Open Budget

**Experience-** 4 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, identifying target markets and customer segments.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast sales and set realistic targets, preparing regular sales reports for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, gathering feedback to improve products and services based on customer insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts, communicating customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals, developing pricing strategies that reflect market conditions.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, implementing training and development programs to improve sales skills.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenses related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on lending or financial services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Strong understanding of the lending industry, including digital lending, loan products, and financial regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
