Enterprise Sales Professional

At CodeGenie Technologies LLP., we are on the lookout for a seasoned sales performer to spearhead the growth of our Enterprise Business segment in India. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, expanding our footprint within existing customers, and playing a pivotal role in driving strategic digitization initiatives across the PAN India market.
This role is ideal for someone who can harness the power of Business Automation through software deployment and serve as a catalyst for CodeGenie's penetration into the sector. As part of our team, you will enjoy a range of support functions that will help you create and drive opportunities with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to contribute to business revenue goals and strategic approach
- Understand client needs and devise custom software solutions accordingly
- Develop and manage relationships within our Enterprise Business segment, focusing on customers across India
- Manage complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales
- Successful track-record managing deals with customers across India
- Consistently over-achieved quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Graduate Degree level degree required

- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
