About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and account management. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, leveraging your network and market knowledge to identify potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional support and service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer success teams, to stay aligned on business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, manage pipeline activity, and meet performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
