Enterprise Sales Leadership Manager

This is a leadership role for an experienced sales professional to manage a team of inside sales professionals. As Enterprise Sales Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective leadership and coaching.
Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Motivate, coach, and directly lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve sales quotas and exceed revenue targets.
- Call Coaching: Hold regular call coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, and team meetings to improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast weekly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and innovate effective processes and systems to improve customer outreach, pipeline management, and sales productivity.
- Team Performance: Lead team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, execute operating plans, and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of inside sales experience with an enterprise software or cyber security solution company.
- Skillset: Full understanding of the sales process from lead to close to ongoing account management; experience in call coaching to improve rep performance and customer experience; ability to lead multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, communication, management, and analytical skills required; reputation for recent and historical success overachieving team quotas while keeping the customer happy.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
